Scott Metcalfe, President
Globetech Realty Communications Inc.

Gen5 Networks

Scott began his career in commercial real estate 18 years ago at Colliers International - leasing and selling all types of commercial real estate, while becoming a telecommunications specialist. It was a natural fit for Scott to go in-house at Rogers Communications where he acquired sites for their national network.

Scott later developed Norigen Communications terrestrial and wireless networks. Scott ran a business unit P&L with Ainsworth (IT and cabling) and launched their telecommunications infrastructure business.

Scott also worked with Giffels Design/Build to grow their technical space business before moving on to work with Northam Realty where he was responsible for the leasing strategy at 151 Front Street West, Canada's Carrier Hotel. Later Scott assisted BGCI/AMREES launching their U.S. platform.

Most recently, Scott has retained his focus working with private clients such as Alcatel Lucent, Ehvert Mission Critical, Cologix, Cara and WIND Mobile assisting them with their data centre and wireless site acquisition and development programs.
